Service Description

Private yoga on Zoom- 60 min private Iyengar yoga class, all props are provided, but if you have your favorite yoga mat you can of course bring it. The class will focus on whatever the needs are in the moment, can be more restorative, more issue tailored or just focused on yoga journey.
